Tad Depwe is a seasoned human resources professional with over 14 years of experience in employee relations, compliance, and workforce strategy across diverse industries and multi state operations. He specializes in guiding organizations through complex HR challenges, including investigations, progressive discipline, policy design, unemployment claims, and workforce analytics.

As a consultant, Tad partners with leaders to strengthen organizational practices, ensure legal compliance, and build practical systems that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. His background includes designing scalable HR programs, improving documentation consistency, and leading high volume HR functions for both domestic and international teams.

Tad holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Lamar University and is SHRM CP certified. He also completed coursework in Instrumentation at Lamar Institute of Technology, giving him an added understanding of technical operations and process systems.
