Thandekile “Thande” Moyo is a seasoned HR Management Consultant with more than 15 years of experience supporting organizations in healthcare, oil & gas, and the non-profit sector. She specializes in designing and optimizing HR frameworks that strengthen employee engagement, ensure compliance, and drive organizational growth.

Thande has successfully led initiatives in high-volume recruitment, DEI&B program implementation, and performance management, with a strong record of transforming high-potential employees into impactful leaders. She has also developed scalable people processes that improve morale and retention while enhancing overall organizational culture.

Her expertise extends to HRIS and payroll systems, including ADP, Zoho People, Gusto, and Intuit Workforce. She has spearheaded HR transformation projects that modernized performance systems, streamlined onboarding and offboarding, and advanced benefits administration.
