She has experience across multiple industries, including legal, finance, retail and entertainment, and has demonstrated success in leading HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.

With a strategic, data-driven approach, Ruby partners with senior leadership to implement transformative HR initiatives that support business growth and cultural transformation. She excels in fostering high-performing teams, enhancing employee engagement, and building leadership pipelines. Ruby’s expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, from succession planning and DEI strategy to compliance and workforce analytics.

Throughout her career, Ruby has managed HR operations for both large corporations and smaller organizations, including notable brands like Moleskine, Estee Lauder, and Lehman Brothers. Her leadership is characterized by a collaborative, results-oriented approach that strengthens organizational effectiveness and drives long-term success.

Ruby holds senior certifications from both of the world’s leading Human Resources associations, SHRM & HRCI. She earned her bachelor’s in behavioral science from New York Institute of Technology and earned her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
