RAMONA SHARPE

Ramona Sharpe’s professional experience spans more than fifteen years with expertise in workforce planning, strategic employment, training and development, diversity/equity and inclusion, leadership development, talent management, organization effectiveness, and project management. Dr. Sharpe focuses on providing human capital and learning solutions for her clients.

Dr. Sharpe is a seasoned Human Resource Development professional, adult educator, and human capital and strategy consultant. She has held leadership roles providing human capital direction for major consulting firms. Dr. Sharpe has successfully managed consulting projects for non-profit organizations and government. Ramona has lead company-wide HR initiatives for fortune 500 companies as an integral part of the HR management team. Dr. Sharpe has served as an adjunct professor teaching Professional Development, Professional Ethics & Project Leadership, and Intercultural Communication for Professionals.

Ramona Sharpe received her doctorate from Columbia University in Adult Learning and Leadership. Her dissertation research explored cultural intelligence and self-directed learning in leadership populations. She has a MS in Human Organization Science/HR Development, a BS in Business Administration, and a BA in Psychology from Villanova University.
