Mary Beth King is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional with over fifteen years of experience leading and supporting organizations through thoughtful, people centered HR strategy. She is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as a vocalist with the United States Air Force Band of Mid America. Her military service shaped her leadership philosophy, instilling a deep commitment to service, integrity, and excellence in everything she does.

After transitioning out of the military, Mary Beth discovered her passion for human resources and quickly realized it was more than a profession. It was a career built on purpose, growth, and impact. Over the course of her career, she has progressed through manager, director, and senior leadership roles that challenged her both professionally and personally. Each role strengthened her ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and operational precision while navigating complex organizational environments.

Mary Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, a master’s degree, and multiple advanced HR certifications, including SPHR, SHRM SCP, and Veterans in the Workplace certification. Her areas of expertise include talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, policy creation, compliance, and workforce management. She brings a strategic mindset to every engagement while remaining deeply attuned to the human side of work.
