GIGI WASHINGTON

Gigi R. Washington is a seasoned HR and organizational development leader with more than 25 years of executive-level experience. She is also the President and CEO of Gracie Banks, LLC, a full-service management and human capital consulting company founded in 2007.

Her expertise spans executive search, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, governance, compliance, and organizational development. Gigi has partnered with a wide range of organizations, including nonprofits, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and professional services firms. She has also held leadership roles as Vice President and Director at several universities, including Georgetown University, Catholic University, Southeastern University, and the University of Maryland, where she contributed to advancing equity and organizational effectiveness.
