Antiouse Boardraye, PHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned HR leader and consultant with extensive experience helping organizations navigate complex people challenges, strengthen compliance, and build scalable, high-impact HR practices. His background spans high-pressure entertainment environments and a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and property management.

Antiouse has held senior HR leadership roles, most notably serving as Vice President of Human Resources in the television and film production industry. In this capacity, he supported teams across scripted and unscripted programming, specials, and live sports content, partnering closely with executives and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy development, organizational planning, and leadership coaching. His earlier experience at ADP further broadened his expertise, exposing him to diverse business models and operational structures and reinforcing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to HR.
